RQI Classes in Roseville, CA

RQI (Resuscitation Quality Improvement)

The American Heart Association® and Safety Training Seminars now offer RQI skills testing for BLS, ACLS, and PALS providers. This skills testing uses a VAM (voice-assisted manikin), ensuring an interactive and guided experience.

Here’s how it works: the manikin paired with a computer will walk you through the entire session. An instructor won’t be present during the hands-on test, as the system is designed to guide you step-by-step.

Whether you’re renewing your certification or taking this course for the first time, this option is available to all students.

CPR fraud alert

Fraudulent Online Courses

Did you know that fraudulent online CPR certificates are alarmingly common? Each month, we see students submit fake CPR certifications, often without realizing they’ve been scammed. Many websites appear legitimate but are actually running deceptive operations.

Here’s how to spot potential scams:

  • No Local Contact Information: If the company doesn’t list a local phone number, proceed with caution.
  • False Claims About AHA Compliance: Scammers often advertise they are “American Heart Association (AHA) compliant,” even when they’re not.
  • Poor Online Reputation: Be wary of companies with several negative reviews—user feedback is often a red flag.

At Safety Training Seminars, we only accept official American Heart Association certificates. Not sure if your certification is authentic? Compare it to the sample certificate at the top of this page.
